I currently lead UX at Great Eastern, driving key initiatives across the GE App, Employee Benefits platform, and corporate website. With over 7 years of design experience, I’ve crafted intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across diverse industries - including aviation, e-commerce, blockchain, and now insurance.

Previously at Changi Airport Group, I led UX for large-scale projects such as Changi Millionaire and the Skytrain AI Monitoring System, delivering measurable improvements in user satisfaction and operational efficiency.
My expertise spans UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and interface design.

Side project - MentalJourney

Founder, Lead Product Designer

A Christ-centered iOS/Android app I founded to bring hope, healing, and connection to those navigating life struggles through the love of Christ. I led a team of four senior developers to build a global community where people can support one another with compassion and love.

Launched in November 2024 and pivoted in May 2025, it now serves as a space where everyone - Christians and non-Christians - can ask for prayers, share how God has worked in their lives, and post their favorite Bible verses to uplift others. Still in its early stages, MentalJourney is growing into a global space rooted in testimony, prayer, and Scripture, reminding people they’re not alone and that healing is possible in Christ.

My long-term vision is to partner with churches worldwide and introduce sustainable giving models that support both ministries and development, keeping the platform free and accessible for all.

Falmouth University

MA in UX Design

Attending university has always been a lifelong dream, one I’m finally on the path to fulfilling. Throughout my 20s, I put my education on hold to support my family financially, placing my aspirations for higher learning on the backburner.

After nine years of working and saving, I’m incredibly grateful to have returned to school. I’m especially thankful to Falmouth University for recognizing my professional portfolio and work experience, and for offering me a place in their Master’s programme despite not holding a Bachelor’s degree.

I’m now on track to graduate in September 2025 and it means the world to me to be the first in my family to reach this milestone.

Discovery

Typically begins by aligning with business goals and understanding product requirements.

I would then analyse behavioural data, conducting competitive or comparative analysis and carrying out contextual inquiries, shadowing, user interviews, concept testing, and surveys.

Insights are distilled into clear opportunity areas and experience principles.

Design

Often involves translating research insights into IA, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

This includes sketching early ideas, building low to high fidelity designs in Figma, and validating them through moderated and unmoderated usability testings.

Visual design and accessibility checks are embedded throughout the process.

Collab

Centred around agile delivery and cross-functional alignment with developers, product owners, BAs, PMs, and senior stakeholders including VPs and CEOs.

Collaboration includes backlog refinement, sprint reviews, standups, and design workshops to ensure clarity, unblock challenges, and keep product goals on track.

CHANGI MILLIONAIRE EXPERIENCES

The Changi Millionaire Experiences campaign, launched in Jan 2025 was a bold reimagining of Changi’s flagship campaign across mobile, web, and kiosk, introducing richer interactions and a more rewarding user journey for both travellers and non-travellers.

The Group Buy Portal allows the 50k staffs of the airport community to enjoy greater discounts by joining Group Purchases to hit the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).

SKYTRAIN 2.0

Currently, skytrain monitoring is conducted manually by Operators, which is labor-intensive. This proposal aims to automate the detection of unattended bags, improving efficiency, accuracy and security.

CHANGI MILLIONAIRE 2023

The ‘Be a Changi Millionaire’ retail promotion was first launched in 2010. Following its success, the campaign went on to become Changi Airport Group’s annual anchor shopping promotion.I am proud to have led the UX Design for 2023's campaign.
